If you haven&#39;t tasted yet you have to taste it is delicious. For the flaounes, you have to make the cheese filling and the yeast dough. For the yeast dough you need flour ,baking pouter, mehlebi&nbsp; , masticha,sugar,oil and milk. For the cheese filling you need cheese, semolina ,yeast ,eggs, mehlebi ,masticha ,sugar,baking pouter,minced mint and raisins. First for the cheese filling you grate the cheese one or two days previously. You have to put it to a open bowl and you&nbsp; put in to the fridge .Next you beat the eggs very well with the semolina and the and the cheese. After that you make a hole in your mixture and you put the yeast in and you throw little egg over the yeast and you knead it with your palm and the same time you add some cheese to tie the dough .The next day you additive the other ingredients and the cheese filling is ready. But the filling have to prepare 4 or 5 hours before the dough.Now for the dough you have to mix the flour with the baking pouter and the masticha with the mehlebi and the sugar.Next you put the oil and the milk, you put the dough out of the bowl and knead it with your palm. the other day you have to take little of the yeast dough and you spread a sheet and you put little of the cheese filling to the center of the sheet and you wrap the sheet to shapes the most times to triangles and squares .When your cheese filling and your yeast dough is endingyou have to open the oven but before you put your flaounes to the oven you have to spread some egg and sesame for a beautiful color. Then you roast them to the oven for 40-50 minutes and your flaounes are ready .</span></span></span></h3>
