EASTER PROJECT- FLAOUNES

 

 

 

Materials prescription:

900 gr cheese

300 gr halloumi

6 eggs

1 ½  tablespoon baking powder

2 tablespoon flour

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoon chopped mint

For the dough:

1 kg flour for all uses

sachet of yeast Minute

1 teaspoon salt 

3/4 cup. tea seed oil

lukewarm water 

sesame

5 yolks eggs

Execution:

For the filling: In a bowl grate all the cheese and mix .Add the beaten eggs and then add sugar , baking powder , flour , mint and stir.

For the dough: Knead the flour, yeast, vegetable oil , salt , yeast and water by hand . Leave the dough for 30' rest .When the expose will rise slightly. We make small balls (as for pies ) and with a rolling pin to roll out half centimeter thick sheet . After touching the sesame, fill with stuffing. To close and continue with the rest. Before you put them in the oven , brush them with egg solution and let ' stand ' to 20 ' . Bake at 180 ºC for about 30 minutes.
