Materials prescription( for 20 flaounes)
For the filling:
3 kg cheese
20-30 eggs
3 glass flour
1 cup leaven
little spearmint fresh chopped
For the dough:
2 kg flour
sachet of yeast
2 glass oil
4 glass water
+others smells(mastixa)
Execution:
For the filling:
We mix up the cheese with flour and mint, we add the eggs when we mixed with leaven. we make one filling and we leaveto relaxed and to inflate about 10-12 minutes..
For the dough:
We mix up all the materials togetherand we knead, until a dough and we wait a few minute. We open the drough frond in size that we want. We take a piece of the filling and we put into the centre of the frond and we do in which shape we prefer. When we finish all the flaounes , we brake some eggs and we put a sesame , and we whip together, when we finish we put then under the flaounes to take a colour. Bake at 200 ºC for about 1 hour.. THE FLAOUNES ARE READY TO EAT THEM..
