Materials prescription( for 20 flaounes)

We mix up all the materials togetherand we knead, until a dough and we wait a few minute. We open the drough frond in size that we want. We take a piece of the filling and we put into the centre of the frond and we do in which shape we prefer. When we finish all the flaounes , we brake some eggs and we put a sesame , and we whip together, when we finish we put then under the flaounes to take a colour.  Bake at 200 ºC for about 1 hour.. THE FLAOUNES ARE READY TO EAT THEM..

And then, I went to Elati, my village. I was there with my family and my friends! We ate lamp and we broke eggs. I had a great time!!!!!!

MY EASTER HOLIDAYS WAS FANTASTIC.I WENT TO CORFU! THERE, IN GOOD SATURDAY THEY DROP JARS!! IT IS SO PICTURESQUE IN CORFU.THEY HAVE LOTS OF CURCHES THERE! I HAD A GREAT TIME!I STAYED THERE FOR 5 DAYS!

Materials prescription:

900 gr cheese

300 gr halloumi

6 eggs

1 ½  tablespoon baking powder

2 tablespoon flour

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoon chopped mint

For the dough:

1 kg flour for all uses

sachet of yeast Minute

1 teaspoon salt 

3/4 cup. tea seed oil

lukewarm water 

sesame

5 yolks eggs

Execution:

For the filling: In a bowl grate all the cheese and mix .Add the beaten eggs and then add sugar , baking powder , flour , mint and stir.

For the dough: Knead the flour, yeast, vegetable oil , salt , yeast and water by hand . Leave the dough for 30' rest .When the expose will rise slightly. We make small balls (as for pies ) and with a rolling pin to roll out half centimeter thick sheet . After touching the sesame, fill with stuffing. To close and continue with the rest. Before you put them in the oven , brush them with egg solution and let ' stand ' to 20 ' . Bake at 180 ºC for about 30 minutes.

Preparation time : 60 minutes

In my Easter holiday we had a nice time because we had not school.The best was the holy week.We got beautiful flaounes from my aunt.On Good Friday dyed many eggs for the next day.

On Easter Saturday we went to the church at midnight.we lit our Easter candles.There was very a big fireworks.It was next to us and very noisy.

On Easter Sunday we searched sweets that my parent hid in the garden.Some of them were difficult to find, for example was one in the middle of a tree.
